Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of the products and the current situation with COVID-19, there will be no returns accepted.
Refunds and Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us at email@example.com and request that we cancel your order. If there is a problem with your order and you would like to request a refund, you may contact us at the above email address describing the reason for your refund request. We will evaluate your request and we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
